Sure you debunked a peer reviewed research paper.... most secure election in history.....
Just ask the FBI
He lied about the burst pipe. I provided another source that did debunk Lott.
Trump's own director of Cyber Security made that comment about the most secure. Do you know more than he does?
Lott made a lot of allegations that he did not prove. He claimed dead voters cast votes in the thousands, but didn't prove it. He just said his numbers showed too many votes cast, but only said that it might have been dead voters.
He made this claim on page 14
For example, a legal challenge in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court by State Republican Chairman David Shafer and President Donald Trump revealed hundreds of thousands of possible extra votes: 40,279 people who had moved within the state without re-registering; 4,926 voters who registered in another state after they had registered in Georgia; 305,701 people who, according to state records, applied for absentee ballots past the application deadline; 66,247 ineligible voters under 17 years of age; 2,560 felons; 8,718 who remained on the voting rolls after they were dead; and 2,423 who were not listed on the state’s voter rolls
So you tell me...what the f*ck is this guy smoking?
1. 40,279 people who moved after registering? Where is the proof? His paper does not provide a source for this. He is simply saying it was an allegation from Trump's lawsuit.
2. 4,926 voters who registered in another state? Did they VOTE! People do move from one place to another.
3. 8,718 voters on rolls after dying. Did they VOTE?
4. 305,701 applications for absentee ballots were made after the deadline.
5. 66,247 registrations for people under 17. As explained by Gabe Sterling, that isn't possible.
6. 2,423 people not listed? WTF does that even mean? How in hell do you vote if you are not registered to vote.
Did you know that the Shafer/Trump lawsuit was tossed out, appealed at the GA supreme court and tossed there as well?
In Nevada, more than 42,000 people voted more than once. In testimony before the Senate Hearing on Election Security and Administration, Jesse Banal, lead counsel for the Trump Campaign, compiled the list by reviewing voter registrations and finding the same name, address, and birthdate for some registered voters. In some cases, two registrants might have the same last name, same birthdate, and same address, but one is “William” and the other “Bill” – they, in fact, are the same person. More than 1,500 dead people allegedly voted. Another 19,000 votes didn’t live in the state (excluding military personnel or students). In excess of 1,000 voters listed non-existent addresses.
Yet does not offer evidence to back up any of these claims. Much of his paper references elections from the past and from other countries....As if that proves anything. For a peer reviewed document, Lott doesn't bother doing his homework. He quotes testimony by "JESSE BANAL", but didn't check that it was actually BINNALL who testified.
The Trump lawyers filed a lawsuit in Nevada based on what was the substance of what Binnall had to say. It was tossed out by the Nevada Supreme Court.
Nevada decision offers highly detailed analysis debunking Trump election fraud claims
Worth reading, recent Nevada state court decisions offer highly detailed analyses describing the election process while debunking Trump’s repeated election fraud claims.
What follows, is the embarrassing argument set out by the Trump team, led by lawyers Shana D. Weir (Weir Law Group) and Jesse R. Binnall (Harvey & Binnall), more examples of how credible, capable lawyers refuse to touch these frivolous cases.
