Trump hack judge grants his request for “special master”

LOL! I think the dangerous precedent was Biden ordering the FBI to pull a raid on the Former President's home, along with thinking he has the ability to negate another president's executive authority.
Why wouldn't he? They already suppressed his and his sons crimes, they happily went on a raid to retrieve his daughters diary which details some of his...shall we say odd bathing habits......they helped him and Obama f-ck over Michael Flynn......they lied to get FISA warrants in order to spy on Trumps campaign......

All part of the insurance policy, of course they raided Trumps home, they will do it again tomorrow if the Regime orders it........

1. Biden did not order a raid. The DOJ requested a search warrant from a judge. The judge granted that request based on the evidence presented that Trump still had government documents, including some marked Top Secret.
2. Ex-presidents have no executive authority.

Still waiting for what you think would be evidence of a federal crime by either Joe or Hunter Biden.

Again...the FISA warrant enabled surveillance of Carter Page. If that was illegal you should call Durham...seems he doesn't know.

Sure there is: to respect the constitutional right to an attorney of a suspect who is legally presumed innocent until proven guilty, and the attorney-client privilege that entails.
Innocent of what? In fact the special master is supposed to determine if Trump had any right to keep the documents. Trump had no right to keep the classified documents...none.

I thought the special master was supposed to determine whether the FBI had a right to take the documents.
Is there any question as to the right of the FBI to retrieve top secret or classified documents? No. Other than classified documents, there may be personal records related to communication with his lawyers or doctors that will be returned.

The judge has allowed the special master to review even classified documents. That is simply wrong. Trump had no right to remove those from the White House.

I question that. He staged a show of marching into Rome with his Black Shirts but he was asked to form a cabinet by the king.
And you think that was not because of the threat of civil war?

Additionally, many people in the government, civil service, and the army were conservatives and somewhat sympathetic to the aims and the rhetoric of Mussolini. His ideology appealed to them.

Mussolini's appeal and the government's weakness meant that Mussolini was rapidly able to build up his power in the country. Mussolini and his Fascists also effectively used violence and terror to gain control. The Black Shirt Squads used violence to intimidate, torture, or even kill those who opposed Mussolini's will. They were feared by many. However, many in the confused post-war period saw them as a source of stability and security, which won them a measure of popular support among many in the middle class.

No, I think the threat of civil war was intended to make the workers acquiesce. I don’t think it took a lot of arm-twisting to get the ruling class and the king who represented them to go along.

GBI tracked down a "COUPLE" of his "mules" and you think this explains away all the data he used to make that movie? Saying repeatedly that they are in public, explains away all the data he has, "it's duhhhh foot trafiic"? Utterly ridiculous. The data is not accurate is another good one, as you have been informed the data is accurate enough for the FTC to sue a company for collecting and selling that data.

What am I talking about in PA? The ignoring of the State Constitution, the end run around the State Legislature.

We could say the same about the fresh discovery of “around 255,000 excess votes (possibly as many as 368,000) for Joe Biden in six swing states where Donald Trump lodged accusations of fraud.” Yet there it is.

According to economist John Lott, whose good work we’ve trusted since we began a relationship with him while at Investor’s Business Daily, Biden carried these states – Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin – by only 313,253 votes. Take out Michigan, and the gap was 159,065. In other words, it’s possible that the man in the White House is not the legitimate occupant.
So this is the source for your claim of overvotes? I posted in this thread the actual number of registered voters and the number of ballots cast in Allegheny county. One place Lott mentioned.

In addition, here is another source to inform you of how reliable D'Souza is.

Why do people keep posting things from "Fact-Checkers" who we all know by now they are funded by the people lying to us.... I guess it's what useful idiots do....... go figure

Not that it matters but here is a link to the actual paper once again that you claim to have debunked:

Wow....so you now think Lott found evidence to prove fraud? Here is one of his claims.
Part of the controversy surrounding Fulton County’s absentee ballots arises from a burst water pipe at a vote counting facility that resulted in the removal of poll watchers. According to the Chair of the Georgia Republican Party, David J. Shafer, “counting of ballots took place in secret after Republican Party observers were dismissed because they were advised that the tabulation center was shutting down for the night” (Letter dated November 10, 2020, from Doug Collins and David Shafer to Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, p. 3)

That is a lie. There was not a burst pipe. It was a urinal that had overflowed, on the second floor. Water came through the ceiling and into the area being used for counting. When workers came in that morning they discovered the water and called maintenence for the Center to fix it. It was taken care of before workers started counting...nobody was told to leave that morning. They did bring out those tables, in case they needed to put ballots under cover if there had been more water falling from the ceiling.

He addressed the issue of the water main controversy: "Let's be clear, there was no water main break. There was a urinal that they turn off during the downtime at State Farm [Arena in Atlanta] because there's no events going on there. And it had a little slow leak that came over the side."

Sterling also pointed out that the events of the night of the water leak can be found on surveillance footage.

"You'll see when they walk in and see the obvious water leak on the floor. You will see they move all of the stuff out of the way. You will see the Zamboni little carpet drier thingy driving around. I mean, you can see all the things happening. You can see the table get put in place," Sterling said.

Fact Check: Did Fabricated Water Main Break Affect Vote Counting in Georgia as Trump Says? (newsweek.com)

Then there is this f*cking bizarre logic.
In precincts with alleged fraud, one would expect Trump's proportion of absentee votes to be depressed, even when such precincts returned in-person Trump vote shares similar to surrounding counties. It would be suspicious if the shift happened only among absentee ballots on opposite sides of a county line.

He then compares absentee voting from 2016 to 2020. Ignoring that there was a pandemic in 2020.

To completely crush Lott's feeble attempt to confuse voters and provide some kind of support to people like you...read this:

He lied about the burst pipe. I provided another source that did debunk Lott.
Trump's own director of Cyber Security made that comment about the most secure. Do you know more than he does?

Lott made a lot of allegations that he did not prove. He claimed dead voters cast votes in the thousands, but didn't prove it. He just said his numbers showed too many votes cast, but only said that it might have been dead voters.

He made this claim on page 14
For example, a legal challenge in Georgia’s Fulton County Superior Court by State Republican Chairman David Shafer and President Donald Trump revealed hundreds of thousands of possible extra votes: 40,279 people who had moved within the state without re-registering; 4,926 voters who registered in another state after they had registered in Georgia; 305,701 people who, according to state records, applied for absentee ballots past the application deadline; 66,247 ineligible voters under 17 years of age; 2,560 felons; 8,718 who remained on the voting rolls after they were dead; and 2,423 who were not listed on the state’s voter rolls

So you tell me...what the f*ck is this guy smoking?
1. 40,279 people who moved after registering? Where is the proof? His paper does not provide a source for this. He is simply saying it was an allegation from Trump's lawsuit.
2. 4,926 voters who registered in another state? Did they VOTE! People do move from one place to another.
3. 8,718 voters on rolls after dying. Did they VOTE?
4. 305,701 applications for absentee ballots were made after the deadline.
5. 66,247 registrations for people under 17. As explained by Gabe Sterling, that isn't possible.
6. 2,423 people not listed? WTF does that even mean? How in hell do you vote if you are not registered to vote.
Did you know that the Shafer/Trump lawsuit was tossed out, appealed at the GA supreme court and tossed there as well?

In Nevada, more than 42,000 people voted more than once. In testimony before the Senate Hearing on Election Security and Administration, Jesse Banal, lead counsel for the Trump Campaign, compiled the list by reviewing voter registrations and finding the same name, address, and birthdate for some registered voters. In some cases, two registrants might have the same last name, same birthdate, and same address, but one is “William” and the other “Bill” – they, in fact, are the same person. More than 1,500 dead people allegedly voted. Another 19,000 votes didn’t live in the state (excluding military personnel or students). In excess of 1,000 voters listed non-existent addresses.

Yet does not offer evidence to back up any of these claims. Much of his paper references elections from the past and from other countries....As if that proves anything. For a peer reviewed document, Lott doesn't bother doing his homework. He quotes testimony by "JESSE BANAL", but didn't check that it was actually BINNALL who testified.

The Trump lawyers filed a lawsuit in Nevada based on what was the substance of what Binnall had to say. It was tossed out by the Nevada Supreme Court.

Worth reading, recent Nevada state court decisions offer highly detailed analyses describing the election process while debunking Trump’s repeated election fraud claims.

What follows, is the embarrassing argument set out by the Trump team, led by lawyers Shana D. Weir (Weir Law Group) and Jesse R. Binnall (Harvey & Binnall), more examples of how credible, capable lawyers refuse to touch these frivolous cases.
