Trump: Stronger Than Ever

Trump’s lawyers vowed to appeal to the Supreme Court despite the judges’ assessment that the “campaign’s claims have no merit.”

“Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here,” 3rd Circuit Judge Stephanos Bibas, a Trump appointee, wrote for the three-judge panel, all appointed by Republican presidents.

The case had been argued last week in a lower court by Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who insisted during five hours of oral arguments that the 2020 presidential election had been marred by widespread fraud in Pennsylvania. However, Giuliani failed to offer any tangible proof of that in court.

U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann, another Republican, had said the campaign’s error-filled complaint, “like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together” and denied Giuliani the right to amend it for a second time.

In the case at hand, the Trump campaign asked to disenfranchise the state’s 6.8 million voters or at least “cherry-pick” the 1.5 million who voted by mail in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and other Democratic-leaning areas, the appeals court said.

“One might expect that when seeking such a startling outcome, a plaintiff would come formidably armed with compelling legal arguments and factual proof of rampant corruption,” Brann, a member of the conservative Federalist Society, wrote in his scathing ruling on Nov. 21. “That has not happened.”

Strange that the judge didn't hear the case yet knows exactly what TRump's lawyers were arguing. Magic.

He got his ass handed to him in 2020. He is a terribly unpopular candidate.

Unpopular presidents aren't defeated by voter fraud. He was defeated by voter fraud.

Read the constitution. The presidency has never been decided by the popular vote.

Check your history...only four times in our history has the candidate who lost the popular vote still won the electoral college.

Trump lost by 3 million votes in 2016...meaning he was less popular than Hillary and he lost by 8 million votes in 2020...meaning he was less popular than Biden.

There was no significant voter fraud. Trump's AG told you that....Trump's director of Cyber Security told you there was no hack of any of the Dominion systems (and got fired for disagreeing with Trump). The judges in 61 lawsuits found no evidence sufficient to overturn the election.

Trump lost because 80 million voters felt Biden would do a better job.

Left wing judges who were afraid of ANTIFA.

Reminds us of the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, North Korea, Cuba, and all other left wing paradises.
I've given you links to the PA judges who ruled against Trump...and all were republicans. The supreme court ruled against Trump...and three of he nine were appointed by Trump.

Antifa threatened any of those judges? Got evidence? Nah...so how do you know they were afraid? Could it be due to the fact that you have nothing else to go on? Why did Barr tell Trump he was wrong and the election was not stolen? Who was he afraid of?

ASked and answered. But because you're from a blue state school...

You are wrong again. You have LOST this argument.

I proved this wrong already. The anonymous source says the justices were in a room together discussing what cases they were going to take up...but the fact is that the justices were still working from home due to covid and had not been together for months.

This is from your link.

More importantly, there is a huge factual error in the account related by Mr. Patrick. The Supreme Court justices have not met in person for a conference since March. So there is no closed room from which shouting could be heard. If someone were outside the doors of Roberts or any of the other liberal justices, they could have heard one person screaming. If they were outside the conservatives’ doors, they would not have heard anything unless one or more of those justices had a kick-ass sound system.

I’m afraid that as much as we might like to believe this story, we must, sadly, say that the odds of it being anything other than an allegorical treatment of that conference are just about zero.

Boy...you deleted that message claiming Snopes was an unreliable source in a hurry when your own RedState link had the same info. Funny that you didn't apologize for the insult or acknowledge that you were wrong....

Probably just slipped your mind, eh?

It's like Republicans are obsessed with finding the candidate who can get least popular votes and still somehow eek an electoral college victory.
It is an incredibly stupid political strategy. Far more candidate win the electoral college by winning the popular vote.
Here's an idea for Republicans. Find a presidential candidate that can win the popular vote.
It’s because their social role is so often to force unpopular policies down the nation’s throat.

Nobody voted for them except illegal aliens. This year (and in 2024) Democrats won't even get the illegal vote. Most of them are Hispanic, and Hispanics (of which I am one) are fiercely religious (Catholic), and hate Democrats' affinity for abortion, same-sex marriage, tranloons in sports, etc) + there's that economy issue.

Democrats are losing Hispanics on culture (washingtonexaminer.com)

Democrats are losing Hispanic voters: Why? Listen and learn (yahoo.com)
“Illegal aliens” aren’t permitted to vote for president.

<—48% of Hispanic voters say abortion should be legal in all or most cases.
<—52% support a right to same-sex marriage

Claims that there is no proof of election fraud are idiocy, when I posted many pages of the many frauds. Some judges rule by what they think the majority (of voters brainwashed by MSM)) believe to be true.
You have never posted evidence of fraud on anywhere near a scale needed to change the (not particularly close) election outcome.

Of course there was evidence. Plain as day. MSM all showed Trump to have won the election. They all went off the air for 3 hours, and then suddenly these many thousands of votes (all for Biden) appeared & poured in. You must think Americans are really stupid.
No. They told you ahead of time that Trump’s initial numbers would be higher than the proportion of votes he ended up getting due to his discouraging the use of absentee ballots during the pandemic so that he could, as his family members discussed in writing, prepare for Biden’s victory by casting spurious aspersions on the integrity of the process, while Biden discouraged his voters from voting in person due to not wanting to spread Covid. The in-person ballots that skewed toward Trump were counted first, then when the absentee ballots that skewed toward Biden were counted they were added to the totals. In many states the last precincts to report were the overwhelmed, crowded inner-city precincts where Biden’s share of the large vote was particularly large.

The Nazis were of course very, very right-wing. Anyway, all the judges were Republicans and the one who wrote the opinion for the bench was hand-picked by Trump and confirmed by his far-right Senate.
