All those jobs will be coming after Bush's Tax Cuts expire and the top rate on the rich rises from 35% to 37.5%.
Meanwhile, the working poor will pay a new 8% payroll tax deducted for ObamaCare when their company dumps their private plan because of soaring costs.
Not to mention the bottom taxable income goes back down to $15,000 at a 10% tax rate.

Well MrB, that's assuming Obama doesn't screw liberals and extend the Bush tax cuts- AGAIN.
