Florida has no income tax, a low sales tax, and reasonable property tax. Florida also has a budget surplus and FPL I believe is JD Powers type power company (pun intended). Why can't Puerto Rico do the same? Is it because its Latin Culture is corrupt and incompetent? Yes, it is. Why should anybody bail out P.R.? Let them work it out.
