Why can’t OSHA protect people against viruses?

Yea... if Federal OSHA can't mandate the vaccine, I don't see how the states' workplace safety agencies can mandate the vax.
Congress either needs to mandate the vax, or the state legislatures need to do it. Either way it's a Republican roadblock.
So why does California have 7 million positive cases?

Well Cali and ny are 1&2. They seem like good choices
Bugs posting NY is "failing" number of cases
Called TBLee a liar when she posted Maine had increase of cases and when proven he was incorrect ran like he saw a can of RAID

I would say none of the states have effective covid strategies at the moment, because treating a pandemic as a problem that can be fixed at the local level is a stupid and ineffective way of going about it.
Well .. the federal govt is totally ineffective
