He didn't lose. He won by a landslide. The courts were afraid of more Antifa animals rioting in the streets.

And in 2024 he will win his third landslide against Joe Biden. It'll be a bigger one and will be called early on Election Night.

The Republican Congress will have passed legislation to require photo ID at every precinct in the country, after they take charge in 2022.
He lost by 3 million votes in 2016 and 7 million in 2020. He squeeked by in the electoral college by 80,000 votes in PA, Wisconsin and Michigan. Hardly a landslide when you lose the popular vote....cuz that means more people wanted Hillary than Donald.

The only riot sparked by the election was f*cking Trumpies who attempted to overthrow the new administration by interfering in the EC vote count.

The courts made it clear that they were not going to accept Trump’s claims of fraud in the complete absence of any evidence whatsoever.

Or you can bring your own water...or send a person you're waiting with to buy you food and water...then not an issue at all.
Is it?
Why enact such a stupid rule? Only inner city polling places have three hour waits to vote and that is intentional. Banning water from volunteers is intended to discourage people who have stood in line for hours....

That's absolutely false and totally ridiculous. There is absolutely no restriction on that.
read the law. NO PERSON may hand food or drink to someone standing in line....

Of course....nobody goes to vote alone...right? Lame excuse for a law pretending to have something to do with preventing vote fraud. WTF does free water have to do with vote fraud?

That's totally untruthful, that's not what it's about at all. Stop making shit up.

Really? SO you admit that the law has nothing to do with preventing vote fraud?
No I admitted nothing of the kind. That portion deals with political entities giving gifts to voters in a voting line, which is specifically, banned, by federal law. It is about buying votes, not about prevention of voter fraud.

How far out of your element are you here? A good bit it seems.

Where are political entities mentioned?

It's about illegal campaigning, not people buying refreshments. Do the least amount of research..

The food-and-drink provision of Georgia’s law is based on a similar provision in New York state’s election law, state Senate majority leader Mike Dugan said.
Numerous Complaints and a Crack Down
In the weeks leading up to January’s high-profile U.S. Senate runoffs in Georgia, line warming was becoming such an issue that Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger sent a notice to state election officials directing them to crack down on the practice. The state is now investigating several allegations of candidates and their supporters handing out food, drinks, and coupons for sandwiches to voters waiting in line. It’s also looking into at least two cases of food trucks sponsored by political organizations that parked within the 150-foot voting buffer.

According to one local newspaper account, on the day of the January 5 runoff, a resident was seen passing out snacks to people waiting in line to vote at a suburban Atlanta elementary school. The snack station had a sign and phone number for the “Georgia Voter Protection Line,” run by the state Democratic Party.

“We received numerous complaints and have multiple investigations into active campaigning within restricted areas and to giving away things of value for voting, both of which are illegal,” Raffensperger’s office said in an email to National Review. “It was clear that campaigns and organizations were confused about the law and clarification was needed.”

The Sec of State's office agrees....

A spokesperson with Georgia's secretary of state noted that voters are welcome to bring their own food and refreshments with them to stand in line. He said the purpose of the provision is to avoid having situations such as candidates handing out water or food wrapped in campaign materials.

Cracking down on food and water giveaways to voters in Georgia is not new. A state law already banned giving gifts "for the purpose of registering as a voter, voting, or voting for a particular candidate." That provision doesn’t mention food or water directly, but Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger had previously interpreted it to include food or water.

The pretext is that it’s about illegal campaigning, and not weaponizing hunger and thirst to discourage voting.

It's as simple as bringing a bag of pretzels and your own bottle of water.... Vote hijack averted! How easy this is.
You guys are gullible.

Face it, there's no rule against food or drink on line or going to get your own. You're being ridiculous.

Perfectly f*cking stupid. There are already laws about campaigning within a certain distance of the polling place. The federal law prohibits any gifts intended to buy votes. So Georgia's law goes a step further and says nobody, even if not identified as a representative of a campaign, my hand out food or water....and the intent is to discourage people from voting in areas where there are long lines....and the long lines are also intentional.

Plenty of states have them, and they're all intended to do the same thing. You're being juvenile and hard headed. Not interesting with such infantile griping.

Here is the exact text of the law...Federal law already prohibits campaigning within a certain distance of the polling place...that would include any display of campaign information.
