Republicans passed that legislation in by 1872, and your so-called Northen liberals on the Court supported segregation 1896 Plessy v Ferguson.

The Republican Party was not so badly split as the Democrats by the civil rights issue. Only one Republican senator participated in the filibuster against the bill. In fact, since 1933, Republicans had a more positive record on civil rights than the Democrats. In the twenty-six major civil rights votes since 1933, a majority of Democrats opposed civil rights legislation in over 80 % of the votes. By contrast, the Republican majority favored civil rights in over 96 % of the votes.

The numbers show exactly who you are.
How funny....How many republican senators were there in 1964 from Southern States? There was one. There were 11 republicans in the House from the Southern States.

All southern republicans voted against...In the Senate there were 21 Southern democrats...all but one voted against. Of Northern Dems all but one voted for.

It is entirely a North vs South issue and the South now has over 100 republicans in congress...vs 12 in 1964.

Funny how you want to stick to what happened over 100 years ago.

He was nominated by US Grant to the US District Court. He also paid a substitute to fight in the civil war in his place...like a good Trumpian would.
Nice Brown wrote the opinion of the Supreme Court, But, he did not render the opinion. The Court had only one dissenter, the only Republican Justice Harlan.

I belong to a party that is anti racist and anti fascist.

...and since you and I are are different 180 politically, you should be asking yourself that question.
That is hilarious cuz:

Soooo, apparently, racism and segregation are back in full force in the deep south. But this time, in Atlanta, it's the woke who are instituting the racist policy, so it's totally cool. Watch this Atlanta news story about a woman who discovered what was happening in her child's school and has

You are doing it again.

Did you think you could change your spots?

No such thing as Southern anything as a separate party. that is just you running away from who you are. You just call it redlining where you live.

1. I'm an independent.
2. You voted for a guy who fought a two year battle to allow him to refuse to rent to non-whites.
3. I voted for the first black president in our history and he was a democrat.
1. Now that Biden has completely failed, you are an independent.

2. Trump used to be you. Some people change. You did not.
