I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
Who wrote this article, Putin ?

Its alleged transgressions against Georgia and Ukraine

Alleged ?

Are you going to pretend Russia did not invade Georgia and that they didn't annex Crimea ?

Trump brings that up all of the time. Yet the author here is trying to pretend it never happened.
I don't share your war neocon mongering against Russia. It is "alleged" because the people in these regions identify with Russia and, in fact, actively sought affiliation with Russia. And regardless, these conflicts are of no concern to us. We should stay out of it either way.

He's been removed from the national security council and charged with insubordination

They invaded that area an annex it. You disingenuous statement aside, one nation invading another sovereign nation and seizing land is our business and the business of all nations for that matter.

Funny how this isn't the first time Trump has sought to deny weapons to Ukraine to appease Putin's warmongering.

Apparently you are clueless about the fact that Trump did in fact send Ukraine weaponry after Obama refused to.

But he tried to withhold it, twice now, as well. Well it's only twice if you don't count the arm twisting Trump tried to do with the previous Ukraine administration.

Also Obama did provide them with military aid.

The United States provides substantial military assistance to Ukraine. In June 2019, the Department of Defense stated that the United States had provided $1.5 billion in total security (mostly military) assistance since the Ukraine conflict began in 2014(on average, about$300 million a year). U.S. military assistance to Ukraine has included, in part, foreign military financing (which reached $115 million in FY 2019), as well as emergency and reprogrammed aid during FY 2014 and FY 2015.

U.S. military assistance also includes the Department of Defense-managed Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative (P.L. 114-113, §9014), which Congress established in FY 2016. The Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative provides “appropriate security assistance and intelligence support” to support Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and to help it defend against further aggression. From FY 2016 to FY 2019, Congress appropriated $850 million for this initiative

So it was actually the Obama approved funds that Trump tried to withhold.

Obama didn't sign it. So I guess your point is moot. Anyway the 2009 deficit was Bush's regardless of whether a budget was signed or not.
Was'nt Obama a SENATOR who voted on the budget?

It is pathetic that you're scrambling in an attempt to blame Obama for Bush's screw up. Look you are the ones who supported bush and when it all fell apart you all pretended you weren't Republicans anymore, you were Independents. The truth is you are vain liars who won't take responsibility for you political stupidity.

Now, after your back to back screw ups, with bush and trump, you're now saying political parties are the problem. Funny how everything is the problem except YOUR STUPID CHOICES. We don't need more parties. We need smarter and less bitter cons with fewer racist among them.

The fact remains. Obama lowered the BUSH deficit by almost $1 trillion dollar from, disaster he inherited from bush, to under $400 million. Because he was a better POTUS than bush, and he still is a better President for this nation out of office, than Trump will ever be in, or out of, office and in prison, where he belongs.

Obama signed the 2009 budget. Thus, he is responsible for it. Your silly, desperate word salad doesn't change that.

You go ahead and try to make yourself feel better about your stupid choices if you want to, but don't expect to do anything other than laugh at your delusional lying.

The CBO Trumps your source and is the final word on this discussion.

Budget deficit to hit $1.2 trillion in fiscal 2009
Richard Cowan, Jeremy Pelofsky
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The U.S. budget deficit will swell to a record $1.186 trillion in fiscal 2009, congressional forecasters said on Wednesday, the result of an economic recession that has cut tax receipts and caused massive government bailouts of banks and automakers. The out-of-control deficit picture by the Congressional Budget Office illustrates the daunting economic challenges President-elect Barack Obama faces when he takes office on January 20.
