Considering how hard that part of America was hit. The differences in the responses are glaring.
Why do you suppose that is ?

3 storms, 3 responses: Comparing Harvey, Irma and Maria

Hurricane Harvey: For Hurricane Harvey, FEMA had supplies and personnel positioned in Texas before the storm made landfall on August 25. Within days, the number of FEMA employees, other federal agencies, and the National Guard deployed topped 31,000, FEMA said. In addition, FEMA supplied 3 million meals and 3 million liters of water to Texas to be distributed to survivors.

Hurricane Irma: Even more federal personnel responded to Hurricane Irma when it made landfall in Florida on September 10. More than 40,000 federal personnel, including 2,650 FEMA staff, were in place by September 14. In addition, FEMA had transferred 6.6 million meals and 4.7 million liters of water to states in the Southeast after Irma as of the 14th.

Hurricane Maria: By comparison, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands have seen much fewer personnel since Hurricane Maria hit, according to FEMA. In a tweet on Monday, FEMA said that more than 10,000 federal staff were on the ground in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands assisting search and rescue and recovery efforts.

So how does this allocation of aid fit the circumstances and condition the survivors face ?

President
What do you mean he? Trump didn't enact the Jones act I think that's a democrats legislation. and it would take Congress to suspend the Jones Act.
What exactly does that have to do with the time it takes to get there?
He rescinded for Texas's and Florida's hurricanes but not the Puerto Rico's.

Do you even know what the jones act is?
The Jones Act, when it was established in 1920, was meant to promote shipping by U.S.-owned and operated vessels.
What in the hell does that have to do with mainland Texas and Florida?

President
Did Texas and Florida get so flooded they are now surrounded by water and in need of shipping? The Jones Act has no barring on Texas or Florida. Your handlers are giving you this sh!t making you look supersonic ignorant.
Florida was always surrounded by water and Texas is on the water. If it did not make any difference then why did he rescind the act for the those two states ?

We should also keep in mind Trump's personal contribution to Puerto Rico's debt crisis:
"Puerto Rico's Taxpayers Got Stuck Paying Over $32 Million for Trump's Failed Golf Course..."

http://www.alternet.org/news-amp-politics/puerto-ricos-taxpayers-got-stuck-paying-over-32-million-trumps-failed-golf-course

"According to a report by Death & Taxes, the Coco Beach Golf and Country Club in San Juan (renamed to Trump International Golf Club Puerto Rico in 2008) borrowed more than $26 million in 'government-backed bonds' to pay for renovations and old debts — but then defaulted nearly $120,000, declaring bankruptcy and leaving Puerto Rican Americans to pay the $32.7 million bill."

The main reason Puerto Rico needs to be tagged with something deemed negative: the complete lack of any Democrat campaign agenda for Americans.

I think it's prime of example of why the DNC should change it's official name to:

The Party of Insufferable [Unwelcome language removed]
