Would a VAX Card counts as a State Issued I.D. and isn't that now racist?

If the (D) want to have a problem, telling us that non Anglo's can't get voter I.D.'s therefore voting is racist, then is a Vax card racist also because for the same reason a non Anglo can't get an State issued I.D. card, they can't get a vax card, right?

There fore vax cards are racist.

A card that is given to those who get vaccinated is not dependent on ID. It is issued by the CDC not the state.
