It’s enormously amusing to see Trump lash out at his Republican backers, who are the only thing standing between him and a humiliating impeachment trial and have meekly gone along and excused with every horrendous excess or outrageously offensive thing Trump has done since taking office.

It appears that the Democrats are laughing because their “excuse” has so much evidence and probable cause that there’s a special prosecutor who has hired a team of the best lawyers the nation has to offer to go along with investigations by both the House and the Senate intelligence committees?
