I heard a good argument against this reservoir being flushed as it was being used by ducks and fowls for the same purposes all of the time, sounded like logical reasoning.

I don't know if is overkill or not.. but it does seem wasteful considering some states are suffering from droughts.

I dunno, but I've seen the Alamo. I wouldn't pay 4K to own the damned little shack.
