Fantastic economic growth numbers announced - like coal in the stocking for Obama haters

Bugsy McGurk

President
Great news for American patriots, terrible news for Obama haters/GOP saboteurs...

Gross domestic product -- the broadest measure of economic activity -- grew at a 4.1% annual pace in the third quarter, up from the 2.8% pace that was originally reported in November. The government typically reports its GDP figures at least three times, and today's report is the final number for the third quarter.

This is encouraging news, especially after economists had largely written off the previous GDP revision for the third quarter because much of the growth came from businesses building up their inventories.

Since Pugs just delivered lumps of coal to 1.3 million Americans, seems only right that we return the favor! ;-)

EVERY objective prognostication for next year, has been positive. This is presenting a problem for the debt/deficit scolds. Look for a new meme come 2016, similar to the one that worked for the GOP in 2000. They'll try making the argument that our apparent prosperity is a bad thing and that it's only going to hold back future prosperity.

Yup. They even whine about the skyrocketing stock market.
