Actually, it's the way Clinton crushed Trump so mercilessly in the debates that is a main reason I suspect there's something wrong with Trump's brain. Sure, once the debates were over and the candidates went back to appearing to most Americans only as curated soundbites in the news media, Trump's numbers recovered. But when people judged the two in real time, during the debates, speaking extemporaneously, Trump dropped like a rock. Thinking just isn't is strength.
It does give a candidate a distinct advantage to have the questions in advance.

For your scenario to be true, there had to be a conspiracy. Someone would have had to find out which cognitive test the doctor was using, then forwarded the information to Trump so that Trump could somehow cheat the test.
No. It could have even been done with nobody knowing but Trump. Just go online, find out what is the standard test used to diagnose early dementia, then assume the doctor (being the doctor for the president) isn't going to be using some less standard test, nor an outdated version of the standard test. So, just download the most up-to-date version of it, take a few practice tests, and you're good to go. No need for any conspiracy at all.

Alternately, you could have a very limited conspiracy -- Trump could have asked a staffer to quietly figure out what test they use (on the supposed grounds that he'd like to take the test to prove he's on the ball, but he's too busy to bother if it's a lengthy test). Then they could have asked the doctor what the test would involve, and based on his description, they'd know what test it was and could prep Trump for it.

Similarly, they could have made indirect inquiries -- the president's doctor is a Navy doctor, so presumably they'd use the same protocols for other older people under their treatment being screened (e.g., older veterans, etc.) So, just call a VA Hospital under the guise of a concerned relative of a veteran wondering what a mental screening of your elderly father would involve, and find out that way they use the MOCA test.

A good rule of thumb about conspiracies is that if they'd need to involve a lot of people, they probably didn't happen, because they'd have been easily detected. But the very limited conspiracy discussed here could have been done very simply.

As I mentioned above, I wouldn't expect that the doctor would be in on it. There'd be no reason to involve him in the scenario I mentioned.
I'm very much enjoying how you have to resort to ever more bizarre theories to keep your strange Trump-hate religion afloat.

Trump's communication is at such a child-like level that I would have expected impairment to show up on that test. I wonder if it's something that Trump prepped for, skewing the results. The validation tests are based on people going into the test not knowing anything about it. Yet the test is widely available online, so if someone went into the test not with the goal of accurately assessing his mental abilities, but rather trying to score well to address concerns others had, it wouldn't be hard for someone who was mildly impaired to score well. It's an extremely short test, so it's not like, say, an SAT or an hour-long IQ test, where a mildly impaired person couldn't memorize all the answers.

http://dementia.ie/images/uploads/site-images/MoCA-Test-English_7_1.pdf

For example, if someone with mild dementia is taking that test, sees a picture of a lion, a rhino, and a camel, he might have trouble recalling the name of one or more of them, losing points. But if he took the same test several times for practice before going into the doctor's office, it's going to be easy. Forgetting the word "camel" is something that might happen to a mildly impaired person if he's had no use for that word for years, but if he's been using it repeatedly in practice, including directly before going into the doctor's office, then his dementia would have to be very advanced to lose that word.

Similarly, someone with mild impairment might have trouble remembering a series of words like "face, velvet, church, daisy, and red" hearing it just once from the doctor. But if he downloaded the test in advance and went over it repeatedly, coming up with a little song or other mnemonic device, that's going to be very easy unless he's really far gone.

It's not hard to picture how this would play out:
At first Trump announced he wouldn't do a cognitive test. But then one of his people pointed out that it's just a one-page test with only a handful of questions, and that they could get hold of it ahead of time -- that the doctor would be sure to administer the same most recent approved version of the Moca that every other doctor uses. After the team ran Trump through it several times, correcting his errors and giving him practice on the memory items, they were ready -- and they had nothing to lose, since he had full control over which parts, if any, of his exam are made public. So, take the test and if he does fine, release it, and if not, keep it quiet.
It's insane to argue with a real doctor
Go away liberals have yet hit another wall
It's really priceless to watch lol

Either the Doctor is a good pal of Trump, he's deaf or he's a blatant liar. He claimed that he's around Trump every day and they converse and he never hears him repeat himself. LOLOL My God...that's what he does all day every day.
lol maybe it's you that has the mental problem.

Agreed -- even with the debates being rigged in his favor, he still got tromped. His strength is appealing to low-IQ voters.
Yes, because leaking debate questions to Hillary is indicative of her high IQ and the debate being rigged in Trump's favor.

That is by far the single most misunderstood Trump attribute amongst not just the left and the media, but many Republicans and the general population as well. No matter what else they may think of him, they forget he's at the top of the food chain in rough and tumble New York City business circles. He didn't get there playing patty cake. To be sure, he's not Mr. Nice Guy when the situation calls for it. He's a businessman, a fighter, like no other President we've had with the possible exceptions of Andrew Jackson and Harry Truman.

Telling it like it is (communicating the nitty gritty), whether rude, or salty, or not, is precisely why he's now at the top of the food chain in American politics on his first try.
It's what has endeared him to the common folk who had all they could take from polished, wishy washy, "statesmen", who depend on focus groups for clues as to what message should be delivered this time and then proceed to get nothing done for the people, just themselves.

So Trump is just below Obese?

239 lbs? Wow....is anything else the guy has to say about Trump credible?
Obama has definitely been airbrushed. Here's the actual photo.

Edit: closer shot posted to highlight the obvious airbrushing work @middleview fell for.

Credible? You post two photoshopped pics and want to talk about credibility????? Your Trump pic has been reversed, blurred, his butt made fatter and lousy cloning work on the lower pant leg is obvious.

You are caught dead to rights. There's only one honorable thing left for you to do. Will you do it? I'm not optimistic.

First, he wasn't at the top of the food chain. He was just one of many NYC real estate developers -- what set him apart was his extremely low rate of return on his investments -- even in an era when New York real estate was sky-rocketing, his return on the fortune his father handed him was half what anyone would get in a passively managed index fund. He was a conspicuously inept businessman. However, I wouldn't attribute his poor business results to his weak verbal skills, because those are a fairly recent development. If you watch videos of his interviews and press appearances in the 1990s and before, he communicated with a normal adult's language facility. He sounded emotionally unhinged, but not mentally deficient. The dementia-talk is something that only popped up in the last five years or so.
