I see that the lefties aren't addressing your post and instead taking cheap shots. Biden has been underwater in the polls for a while now, but this is the first time that the polls show him losing in nearly every swing state, save Wisconsin. I am absolutely sure that Biden was not going to serve a second term, but if he did win, he would have stepped down and the VP would have taken over.

I think that democrats are going to have to cheat a lot harder than they were hoping they needed to.

As long as the GOP insists on running a twice impeached ass hole whose been indicted on 92 felony counts, nobody will have to cheat to beat his fat, stupid ass. Polls a year away from the election have a lot of Democratic operatives very upset. I think Biden was way down in the polls to even win the Dem nomination in November of 2019 too.

I would rather see someone other that Biden run for the Democrats in 2024 too. But I am pretty much of a political junkie. That said, Biden seems more interested in doing his job dealing with all of the complicated issues we have been facing since he was sworn in along with the bag of shit Trump left him with. At this point, Biden is not really running a campaign.

He might be right in that strategy. The old adage is that when somebody is busy shooting themselves in the dick, just sit back and let them do it. The present GOP is a hilarious shit show with a leader who is spending most of his time trashing judges, prosecutors, witnesses against him outside courthouses where he is a defendant in 92 felony cases and the GOP house is a late night TV comedy act.

Biden’s campaign in 2020 didn’t even get any traction until a month or two before the DNC Convention and he went out, old fvck that he is and beat the incumbent President like a drum. If Biden decides to run again, his campaign will really begin around next May and by then the issues could be a whole different set. Odds are if given another chance, old Joe will beat Trumps fat ass again. That said, there is still a long long way to go here. Sit back and enjoy the show. It should be a real humdinger.

Spending is lower under Biden than Trump. Not just lower than the last year when spending skyrocketed due to Trump’s bungling of the Covid emergency, but lower than the previous year as well. And that is true of every year Biden has been in office.

How many dead bodies of kids were there to show from when Obama was in office? There were kids in cages under Obama, yes. There were far more (almost 100% of kids apprehended or seeking asylum, as opposed to less than 1% of kids apprehended) under Trump.

Would homelessness be higher or lower if Republicans had not blocked student loan relief?

The crux of the matter is the sustained campaign to blame everything on liberal policies, although conservative policies have verifiably led to worse crises (take for example spending as discussed in my last post), a campaign with the aim of replacing consent of the governed with right-wing dictatorship.
