The Republican National Committee filed a motion with the 4th Circuit federal court to lift the ban on all corporate donations, a nearly 100-year old rule that's made sure that people, and not business interests, decide our elections.

It's funny how many times we say "The Right wants to go back to the 1890s"...and they deny it....

and then PROVE we were right later on.

Wow................ A VERY interesting concept...............

So now, according to YOU right here, if a person or group believes that an issue that has been ruled on by our courts should be revisited sometime later, (The Republican National Committee filed a motion with the 4th Circuit federal court to lift the ban on all corporate donations, a nearly 100-year old rule), THAT somehow constitutes, "overreach"??????????

You DO realize that this type of thing is exactly what these courts are for, correct?

Is there any, ANY, chance that all of this feigned outrage, all of this, "OHHHHH!!!!!! Filing a motion with the circuit courts.......why that is just overreach for God's sake!", whailing is actually just more loony-libby, shallow-assed, partisan politics?

Based upon the fact that USUALLY you libs LOVE running to the circuit courts to try to get them to change previous decisions that you do not agree with on issues that is dam sure the way I would bet.
