President Donald Trump said Wednesday that he would have "no problem" wearing a face mask in public in certain circumstances -- a pivot from his months-long refusal to wear a mask in public at events where social distancing was not always observed.

The fact it took that much work to get the president to say "masks good" is not a positive sign that the virus will be solved until Biden takes office.

'Empathy' ? It's a virus not a touchy feely boo boo on your knee.

If he wore a mask from day one. You would have said how Fauci said not to wear a mask. And how he was ignoring the Saint Fauci.

If he didn't wear one - you would cry about that too. (as you have)

This is a virus - not a political issue. Unless you wanted to be like China and starve the people who had it. Weld them into their homes until they died.

You can't win this debate- sorry. Emotional women do not belong in politics. That's why we have the moron women in politics today. Feely good crying whining.

Obama waited 6 (six) months to declare Swine Flu an emergency...…….
There's no way of knowing how many were infected in 6 months and IMO more than 12,000 as reported died.

Trump didn't wait 6 months.

Well, round 2 is coming, who in hell allowed China to buy Smithfield?

To name a few things
Not lie in order to protect his election prospects, or continue until this day that it will just go away soon, or not hype snake oil and dangerous treatments that harm more than help, or wear a mask, not make wearing a mask a partisan issue, or not promote not wearing a mask, or institute and top down national testing and tracing programlike other countries, or he could have encouraged all the states to shut down at once instead of allowing a jumble of openings and closing left to the whims of local officials, or he could have accepted WHO's test kits instead of leaving the US with inadequate testing for months, or not push to reopen too early against the recommendations his own health experts, or not throw away the reopening protocols from his task force.
OR
Make public the pandemic a partisan political issue rather than a public health issue with his month of press conference stunts during the beginning of this national emergency.
