Weighty Matters

No government or individual has to obey United Nations charity hustling bums because of rules they make up:

The 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees is the key legal document in defining who is a refugee, their rights and the legal obligations of governments. According to Article 1 of that Convention, a refugee is someone who has fled his or her country “owing to well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group or political opinion.”

NOTE: The millions of illegal aliens brought to this country by the piece of garbage in the White House now have refugee status because of economic conditions in their own counties. Why? Simply because UN scum defines a rule for Americans.

Who decided?

For the past six decades, two United Nations agencies, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), have been responsible for safeguarding the rights and well-being of refugees.

Most people think of the United Nations as a place where media-approved douche bags of one kind or another make speeches to the General Assembly. In theory the General Assembly decides the world’s weighty matters for civilization. In truth: UN OFFICIALS rake in big tax dollars from United Nations agencies. Prime example: United Nations maggots grabbed the money —— then dumped economic refugees in every country with not a thought about the aftermath. Uruguay is at least one country that is standing up:

Simply: in Uruguay, we are not willing to remain with our arms crossed if men hit women,” said President José Mujica, the architect of the project through which Uruguay would slowly begin to take in Syrian refugee families, to ease the strain on neighboring countries like Lebanon and Turkey, which have taken in millions of refugees in the past two years. According to Uruguayan newspaper El Observador, the government claims that the incidents of domestic violence in the new Syrian refugee community of Uruguay are simply too high to ignore.

Has anybody noticed that the United Nations is exporting domestic violence just as the United Nations is responsible for Taqiyya the Liar importing diseased illegal aliens to America. According to UN scum the problems they create are not grave:

The United Nations has stated, according to another report in El Observador, that the negative incidents regarding resettlement of Syrian refugees were below their expectations. Raúl Rosende, the head of the UN office of Coordination of Humanitarian Aid, responded to the domestic abuse claims by saying: “It is surprising that, after the tragedy that these refugees have lived and the short time in which they have been in Uruguay, there have not been more problems or graver ones than those mentioned in the press.”

A fact of contemporary life

Every savage act in the modern world exceeds the cruelty done prior to the birth of government collectivism —— Communism/Socialism. In my view, Communism/Socialism succeeded in creating an ugly world that could not have been created by all of the varied religions spread around the globe acting independently. Bottom line: Any one of those religions would be just as ugly as is Communism/Socialism should it acquire the authority the United Nations gives to Socialism collectivism. It is pure stupidity to believe that a United Nations government will eventually build a more humane world on tax dollars.

Admittedly, mankind’s taste for cruelty always existed in different regions of the world. Today, the United Nations coalesces the global government barbarity agenda. Clearly, the horrors approved of, and ignored, by a cabal of ruling classes being driven to create a one-government world administered by the United Nations can be laid on both. The overwhelming majority of productive peoples sure as hell are not demanding a one-government world.

Finally, take an in-depth look at the economic and cultural disasters the UN created by relocating refugees in America alone and you will see our federal government for what it is. Somehow, refugees are NOT illegal aliens because the United Nations sent them here.

Phyllis Schlafly calls it the asylum racket. I call it the refugee racket —— that is in addition to the illegal alien racket, the charity racket, the climate change racket, the global government racket, and so on.

You can say the UN runs all of the rackets just as the Mafia got started by running the rackets. Ran separately, or collectively, it was still the Mafia, and it is still the United Nations. Schlafly could have called these guys ‘soldiers’ just the Mafia called their thugs soldiers:

The asylum immigrants are brought into our country and settled in 180 U.S. cities by nine contractors (pretending to be "religious charities") and 350 subcontractors. These lucky immigrants are mostly selected by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

I want to close with another aspect of UN rackets.

The United Nations was an important illegal alien component for Democrats when they began building their American welfare class. The plan was designed to eventually create enough voters guarantied to win every election:

This process is the result of the Refugee Act of 1980, the brainchild of Ted Kennedy, aggressively supported by Joe Biden, and signed into law by Jimmy Carter.

Once tens of million illegal aliens get amnesty the required number of guarantied welfare state voters will be close to the tipping point. Take a close look at the UN’s mass migration refugee program and you cannot miss seeing the tipping point going over the edge. Then it is bye-bye Americans.

The Costly Asylum Racket
Phyllis Schlafly | Feb 17, 2015

We've had a lot of media comment about the bad effects of Obama's executive orders admitting millions (yes, millions) of illegal immigrants and giving them welfare, Social Security, driver's licenses and a path to citizenship. Like many Americans, I realized the importance of this when thousands of unfamiliar people from a foreign country, without any advance notice, appeared in my community.

Then I attended an education conference where the asylum racket to admit millions of foreigners (long ignored by the media) was described by a knowledgeable speaker, Ann Corcoran. She started by asking questions of her audience.

Did you hear about the El Cajon, California Iraqi man who was found guilty of murdering his wife after writing a phony note from supposed Islamophobes telling the family to leave the U.S.? Did you know that the Tsarnaev Boston Bombers came to our country with false claims of persecution and then cashed in to receive $100,000 in U.S. welfare handouts?

Did you hear about the Oregon Somali Christmas tree bomber? Did you hear about the Somali youths who left Minneapolis to join Al-Shabaab and ISIS?

Did you know that a Burmese Muslim, within a month of his arrival in Utah, murdered a little Christian Burmese girl and was sent to prison for life? Did you hear that Alaska has received so many Muslim refugees that they have built a mosque in Anchorage?

If you didn't hear those facts, put it down to the secrecy of the refugee racket, which does its best to operate under the radar. We heard about these asylum events from Ann Corcoran, who has made it her mission to ferret out the facts and publish them on her blog, Refugee Resettlement Watch.

The asylum immigrants are brought into our country and settled in 180 U.S. cities by nine contractors (pretending to be "religious charities") and 350 subcontractors. These lucky immigrants are mostly selected by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees.

Iraq tops the list of refugee immigrants with 20,000 arriving each year, of whom 76 percent are Muslims. At least 10,000 are Somalis, and our State Department has announced that we will be admitting 10,000 Syrians this year, mostly Muslims.

Ann Corcoran doesn't criticize the policy of admitting genuine refugees from persecution, but she does criticize the high numbers, the secrecy of the program, the lack of community involvement in the decision-making of where the immigrants will be located, and the large-scale admission of ethnic groups that have no intention of assimilating in America. This process is the result of the Refugee Act of 1980, the brainchild of Ted Kennedy, aggressively supported by Joe Biden, and signed into law by Jimmy Carter.

The contractors who bring in these immigrants are paid by the head with U.S. taxpayers' money. The contractors have offices and plenty of staff to finance the resettlement of the aliens and are well organized to protect their foothold and their salaries.

They immediately expand the numbers of foreigners they are handling by bringing in the refugees' family members. The first arrivals are labeled the "seed community."

The big difference between these asylum refugees and other immigrants is that the refugees are entitled to all forms of government-paid welfare the minute they set foot in America, whereas our laws require ordinary legal immigrants to show that they have the means to support themselves and will not become a "public charge." The feds even give the asylum immigrants startup money for three to six months, which gives their contractor time to sign them up for subsidized housing, health care, food stamps, job counseling and training.

One of the biggest problems with this program is that the immigrant kids are quickly enrolled in public schools. We can blame this piece of mischief on supremacist judges, who ruled in 1982 that immigrant kids are entitled to attend U.S. public schools.

We now have U.S. school districts where dozens of different languages are spoken. Many of these kids not only don't speak English, they don't even speak Spanish and require translators who can speak languages unknown to most Americans.

It has become a tremendous cost to the U.S. taxpayers to provide interpreters in schools and in the criminal justice system. The top language of refugees now entering our country is Arabic, and Somali is the 4th language most often spoken.

Many cities are now resisting this invasion of their towns and schools. The U.S. Office of Refugee Resettlement is trying to keep them in line by labeling them "Pockets of Resistance" and hiring a left-wing community organizing group called Welcoming America to shut them up.

The countries sending the largest number of refugees are Iraq, Burma, Bhutan and Somalia. The Obama administration is now pushing hard for us to take 50,000 from the Congo and 50,000 to 75,000 from Syria.

Ann Corcoran concluded her speech by warning: "We can survive terrorism. We can't survive migration."

One penny, rather than $15,000, was enough to establish the principle:

“In 1794, Congress appropriated $15,000 to help some French refugees. James Madison stood on the floor of the House, and he said, ‘I cannot undertake to lay my finger on that article in the Constitution that authorizes Congress to spend the money of their constituents for the purposes of benevolence,’” said Williams, who argues that the U.S. government is now drowning in forced charity.

The principle of forced charity grew to economic charity:

NOTE: The millions of illegal aliens brought to this country by the piece of garbage in the White House now have refugee status because of economic conditions in their own counties. Why? Simply because UN scum defines a rule for Americans.

Who decided?

For the past six decades, two United Nations agencies, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), have been responsible for safeguarding the rights and well-being of refugees.

When I examine the evils of forced charity for the benefit of parasites, I only see the sick moralists in the media-education-entertainment complex who, themselves, constitute the foundation for America’s parasite class:

“If a politician is running for office today, making the same statement that James Madison made, the American people would run him out of town on a rail because they’d have contempt for that sentiment.”

XXXXX

He added: “I think that the forcible use of one person to serve the purposes of another is immoral. As a matter of fact, that’s the working definition of slavery.”

Final observations:

1. Television would have included forced charity as a condition of liberty when the Constitution was being debated. Nevertheless, the parasite class eventually got everything it wanted without invoking constitutional authority.

2. The descendants of very people who fought to abolish slavery in the Civil War would now take up arms to defend the most evil form of slavery —— COERCED CHARITY.

3. There was never a time or place in history when parasites took everything they wanted.

Top economist: Americans have 'contempt for liberty'

Famed economist and professor Walter Williams

Famed economist and columnist Walter Williams says America has embraced the government thievery of personal property to benefit others, and he says the politicians are only doing what the voters want them to do.

Williams is a distinguished professor of economics at George Mason University. He is a syndicated columnist and has substituted for talk-show host Rush Limbaugh. His new book, a collection of his conservative-to-libertarian columns, is titled “American Contempt for Liberty.”

The title may sound a bit harsh, but Williams insists that’s exactly what’s happening in this country.

“The average American thinks that it is indeed moral for the Congress to forcibly use one American to serve the purposes of another American,” Williams told WND and Radio America. “It will forcefully use one American to serve the purposes of farmers in term of farm subsidies or bank bailouts or welfare or food stamps.”

He added: “I think that the forcible use of one person to serve the purposes of another is immoral. As a matter of fact, that’s the working definition of slavery.”

Williams is quick to point out that he has no problem helping his neighbor in need. It’s how that help is structured that he rejects out of hand.

“I believe that helping one’s fellow man in need by reaching into one’s own pockets is praiseworthy and laudable,” he said. “Helping one’s fellow man by reaching in someone else’s pockets is worthy of condemnation. For the Christians among us, when God gave Moses the commandment ‘thou shall not steal.’ He did not mean that thou shall not steal unless you got a majority vote in Congress.”

To see how far and how quickly the American system has drifted from its constitutional moorings, Williams cites an impassioned speech that James Madison delivered on the House floor just a few years after the Constitution was ratified.

“If you look at the federal budget today, two-thirds or three-quarters is for the purpose of benevolence, or it can be described as the government taking the property of one American and giving it to another to whom it does not belong,” he said. “If a politician is running for office today, making the same statement that James Madison made, the American people would run him out of town on a rail because they’d have contempt for that sentiment.”

Williams said both parties engage in this “contempt for liberty” on a regular basis.

“Conservatives and Republicans believe in taking your money and my money and giving it to farmers and banks. Liberals and Democrats believe in taking your money and my money and giving it to poor people and cities. They both agree on taking our money, but they disagree on what to use it for,” Williams explained.

Listen to the WND/Radio America interview with Walter Williams:

As frustrated as Williams is by the redistribution of property, he does not blame the politicians. He blames the people who hired them.

“We can’t worry about politicians because politicians do what the American people want,” he said. “If the American people want us to have a constitutional form of government, then politicians will do the same thing. We have to somehow get our fellow American to believe in the moral superiority of personal liberty.”

Williams said if he ran for U.S. Senate in Virginia, followed Madison’s lead in vowing not to bring money back to the commonwealth for roads, education or health care, he would get crushed at the ballot box, because everyone’s incentive is to get in on the government thievery.

“The tragedy for our nation is that the people of Virginia would be acting exactly right by not electing me to the office in terms of their self-interest,” he said. “If I don’t bring back billions of dollars to the citizens of Virginia, that doesn’t mean the citizens of Virginia will pay a lower federal income tax. All that is means is that North Carolina will get it instead.”

Williams warned, “Once legalized theft begins, it pays for everybody to participate.”

The problem with the government trying to meet everyone’s wish list is that it spends more and more and falls further into debt. Williams said lack of liberty and discipline will eventually harm the very people the government tries to help.

“To maintain today’s level of benefits in Social Security in the 2030s, the Social Security taxes alone will have to be 31 percent,” he said. “I don’t believe that people in the labor force in 2030 are going to tax themselves 31 percent plus the federal income tax to take care of some old people.”

His optimism for the future remains quite low, due in large part to the state of higher education today. Williams maintains that half of college students don’t belong there because more than half of them require remedial work on campus that should have been done in high school.

Williams said the lack of understanding students have about the American founding is especially frightening.

“They don’t know anything about the founding of our country,” he said. “There have been survey questions asking college seniors, ‘Where does the statement, ‘From each according to their abilities and to each according to their needs,’ come from?’ Some will say say that it’s in the Bill of Rights as opposed to the Communist Manifesto.”

Williams said the future of America really comes down to one choice. And right now, he says, we’re getting it wrong as a nation.

“Are we headed toward personal liberty, or are we headed toward more government in our lives?” Williams asked. “I think it would have to unambiguously be the latter.”
