i usually expect "mass shootings" and serial killers to be white dudes. inner city drive bys and executions to be black guys. southwest US drug related to be mexican guys.

having asian guys - especially geriatric ones - getting in on the act is a novelty.

but i still think white guys should be disarmed. only women should be allowed to have guns, so we can protect ourselves from guys.

I can’t tell you what the point is, if any. It seemed to be to discount the relentless gun carnage because this one shooter was an old Chinese guy.

Gun free zones? I have a newsflash for you - no part of the nation is a gun free zone. The entire nation is awash with well over 300,000,000 guns, which can be easily moved anywhere within the nation.

The "newsflash" is all YOURS. Overwhelmingly, mass shootings in American have been in Gun Free Zones , were the establishment has posted signs banning guns on the premises. These gun free zones are INVITATIONS to mass shooters, to go there and shoot up the place, with no resistance.

The Asian man who killed 11 in California had been convicted of a crime in 1990. If that was a felony, he should not have been able to buy the gun.
