John Edwards was prosecuted for basically the same thing and Many others such as Martha Stewart were prosecuted for far less. You are the problem if you are still shilling for Trump. Get a grip.

I think the shit he pulled in Georgia is his biggest problem. What he and Rudy did to those two volunteer poll workers is worth at least 5 years. The call he made to Raffensburger should be worth another 5. I‘d live to see him do some time on a Georgia chain gang. I can’t believe they haven’t indicted him yet. Edwards was an ambulance chasing weasel. JFK was a rich kid who talked his way into serving his country and risked his ass for his country. No comparison there.
Read Trump said if he's shot while being arrested he'd win 2024 easily, evidently he doesn't realize he might not live if shot and also read SS will not allow him to be cuffed.

The money paid to Edwards baby mommy came directly from political supporters and was not paid to his campaign fund and funneled through a lawyer. That made it much harder to prosecute.
It was obvious to the casual observer that Edwards was guilty...but evidence was lacking.
