Well, not exactly free; how about zero point energy?
I've been doing a wee bit of research into ZPE, just to see if it were feasible, and, there's a helluva lot of patents saying that it is.
On this link: http://www.free-energy-info.co.uk/ I found the Stan Meyer video very impressive - haven't looked at many others; there's weeks of reading on that one web page.

Of course, the scientific community is against any of those devices which were invented by someone without the magical initials after their name. If you don't have those initials then you are a crank, even if your device demonstratively works.
