Here's one example >> In graduate school, student are flooded with classes, labs, and homework (esp. reading assignments). There is not even enough time to cover all the assignments, let alone have a part-time job. Therefore, getting an a$$istantship is critical.

So 33 students are enrolled in a graduate school class. 25 of them apply for an assistantship (to be able to continue studies). The schools grants 8 assistantships < TO THE 8 BLACKS WHO APPLY, AND NO ONE ELSE.

17 non-blacks (including 2 Asians, 5 Hispanics, and 7 women) are denied an assistantship, and almost all of them are forced to drop or of the class. They spend the next 45 years, working non-college related jobs at low pay, while the 8 blacks who got assistantships remain in the school, graduate with a masters degree, and get high-paying professional jobs, and live comfortable lives.

We whites have had to deal with a lot of incompetence in every area through the years because of the affirmative action. Now they want to make it worse by lowering the standard for medical training, lawyers, and military among other things. We're all going to have to become proficient in DIY.
