The Court has held that a 300 foot buffer is adequate protection for the abortion clinic staff (private citizens) who have been the targets of a decades-long sustained campaign of violent terrorism … and private citizens are supposed to have more privacy than public officials whom we have a constitutionally guaranteed right to upbraid.

The mere fact that direct action causes discomfort does not render it violent, and a large group of protestors gathers is not threatening.
