I never thought I should be paid for not working. it just people who do not think they can, so they don't.

Now comes the liberal butisms...But what about these people. Yes there could be help on a payback system.

Well. One thing everyone should keep in mind: those video game characters don't just level themselves.

Of course you know that the “unwilling to work” phrase is nowhere to be found in Ocasio-Cortez’s resolution ... only the dishonest rw characterization of it ... right?

What is really at stake with economic security for all, which is what the resolution calls for, is the ability of people to hold out for a decent wage instead of being forced by hunger and terror to work for slave-labor wages. It means people working so they can go to a football game, not so their child doesn’t die of a treatable illness. It means more wages for every worker, instead of a race to the bottom.

I did not say that funding those unwilling to work is in the bill. I simply asked the question. Yes or no.

There is this, though, making it a valid question.
From CNBC
The actual resolution that outlines the Green New Deal does not include the "unwilling to work" part, but the overview document, released by New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's office, does include the "unwilling" language. The overview entails the "nuts and bolts" of the plan. Ocasio-Cortez identifies as a democratic socialist.

CNBC has reached out to Ocasio-Cortez's office for comment.

Do you believe that we have a responsibility to provide economic security to, say, the Rockefeller heirs, even if they are unwilling to work?

There is a monumental difference between 'unwilling', and 'unable'.

If someone is simply 'unwilling' to get off their ass and get a job to support themselves and their family, I fail to see why I should be forced to support them.

So...these outlets all 'dishonestly characterized' it, right?

Business Insider:

Shouldn't wages be commensurate with the demands of the job?

No. I took it down because it made me look dumber than I am. And that's pretty dumb.

Ocasio-Cortez's office removed the documents from her website amid an online backlash. A version of the FAQ that referred to "farting cows" is still available on NPR's website, and a similar version that was posted to Ocasio-Cortez's website is currently viewable on an Internet archiving service. Both versions of the documents describe providing economic security for those "unwilling to work," and state, "This is a massive transformation of our society with clear goals and a timeline" at a "scale not seen since World War 2."

A top adviser to New York Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has admitted that an official "Green New Deal" document posted by Ocasio-Cortez's office contained a guarantee of economic security even for those "unwilling to work" -
