This incompetence is the REAL reason Secretaries of State of both stripes [Unwelcome language removed] block and take cases to court. This is only ONE such testimony. It is incompetence that election fraud takes advantage of.

What the f*ck is she saying....ballots cannot be taken out of the containers to be counted? When she launches into vague accusations...like that she referred incidents to her boss (SoS) they did not see sufficient reason to refer them for prosecution...she disagrees. She says the biggest problem is untrained poll workers, but then...instead of offering instances of how that actually results in fraud, she goes off into how republican poll watchers are not "protected". I already provided a link to an account of a couple of republicans who were kicked out. They were not wearing masks or were wearing Halloween masks as if that would protect anyone from covid.

An audit of the counting boards that counted absentee ballots cast by Detroit's voters found that 83% of the counting boards were balanced, up from 27% in the county canvass, Benson said. The net number of ballots that were out of balance was 17, she said. More than 174,000 absentee ballots were cast by the city's voters.
In the link you'll see republicans complaining that they aren't being allowed to enter...but the count of observers for both republicans and democrats was over 250 each party....You believe the folks saying they weren't allowed in, but ignore how many were already inside observing.
