Disappearing necessity of presumption of innocence. Mere rumor and accusation serve as substantive, conclusive evidence. Whistleblowers move from non-credible, rat-tattletale-weasel-liar territory to sacred, revered, protect-at-all-costs wisdom-of-Solomon sage.
