The "bison head shaman" guy from January 6th was released this morning early from prison. For good behavior, apparently . . .
Did they attack the police? Break windows and doors down? Was congress forced to evacuate?

It has sadly become that simple, no posts about putting these "podunks" in jail... how many will be sentenced for "Parading"........have their due process rights violated for months at a time.....

Nothing to do with good behavior, if that is what they listed they are simply trying to make the gross violation of this guys rights quietly go away.
It turned out the great symbol of the lefts "insurrection" did nothing but Trespass as the capitol police happily showed him around the capitol. Video that was not provided to his defense or the Judge on the case.
The J6 was a riot ( an embarassment for the country) BUT it was not an insurrection and what followed was nothing short of a political persecution.
How many people who did not attack the police and did not enter the capitol building were arrested for the Jan 6 rally/riot? The leaders of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys for planning the riot...were arrested and charged. What of the many thousands who got up to the steps of the capitol or climbed the structure for the inauguration? None.
People showed up in combat gear. They were there at the police barricade even before Trump spoke. Why? Who told them to be there? What was the intent of breaking the windows and entering the capitol, if not to prevent the count of electors as mandated by the constitution? Add the Eastman "Green Bay Sweep" plan to replace electors and you have the insurrection, as plain as day. You have yet to address why Trump sat in the dining room and watched the riot for 3 hours on Fox News without sending help.
In my opinion, it was because the rioters were doing exactly what he wanted.

LBJ is the topic? Did he encourage a riot to overturn the election?
Did he illegally enter the capitol after watching some Trumplican break a window and climb in to open the door? Yes. So he can hardly claim is entry was through a door held open by the cops. Was he being escorted in or out? Can't tell. A jury found him guilty.
He is still a convict....and was part of an insurrection.
Who would he sue? The Jury that found him guilty? His own lawyer? Trump?

Maybe it was the video showing the capital police walking in and holding the doors for him. It also showed him walking past several armed officers who made no attempt to stop him. That evidence had not been given to his attorney when he was sentenced. It wasn't necessarily his 'good behavior', it was more likely that it was their bad behavior.
I thought you MAGA types supported Law Enforcement?...I guess not so much
