Uhhh....I know you can't help changing the topic, but it has to do with classified documents unlawfully taken by President Biden. Try sticking to it.
Cuz you don't want to talk about 40 boxes of documents taken unlawfully by Trump. Figures.

I think there are serious questions regarding how classified documents ended up in Biden’s office and home. I am glad that AG Garland is taking it seriously regardless of who appointed him. I also am glad that a special council has been appointed to investigate and maybe indict Trump. Hopefully a similar investigation will be opened regarding Pence and the documents found at his house too. Nice to see an AG who follows the law instead of party politics. That is certainly a step in the right direction for the DOJ which was criminally politicized under Trump/Barr….

Unbelievable. Trump fired the Vindman brothers and destroyed Alexander's military career. He fired Barr and Krebs because they told him the truth about the election. He fired Michael Atkinson from IG of the intelligence community due to his concern over the Ukraine phone call.

Even now Trump goes off on name calling and insulting rants against people who testified what happened on Jan 6 in the White House or those who testified about events releted to his hold on money for Ukraine.

Trump targets the 'thug' special counsel investigating him and his 'Trump Hater' wife in new attacks

You continue to call Biden corrupt, but defend Trump's continued payments from other countries, including $3 million per year from Turkey for the hard work of putting his name on the towers in istanbul. Probably had nothing at all to do with the phone call that resulted in US troops being pulled out of villages in Northern Syria or the air strikes the next day....

The millions in room charges for foreign delegations staying in Trump hotels isn't a problem, eh?

And what example of corruption do you see? Oh yeah, Hunter got jobs with Burisma and formed a partnership with a Chinese company.
Vindman are losers and Alexander destroyed his own career. It's not Trumps fault that nobody could stand working with the [Unwelcome language removed]..

The truth about the election is that the FBI made sure Trump did not win, Barr got fired for not being honest about that then, too [Unwelcome language removed] bad about him.

Not sure what any of that has to do with how corrupt the vindictive scum sucking dirtbag Joe Biden, the moron you happily installed as President but.....it's not suprising....

When all else fails just keepy screaming about Trump.

Really? How about Trump's apartment in the New York Tower or any of Trump's other properties where he might be hiding stuff? Any of Pence's other real estate? Let's not forget any rented storage units....that is where Trump had hidden some documents in Florida.
Who knows? In the case of Biden, we do know that classified documents were discovered at multiple locations, and that's important.

The rest is speculation.

Both men appear very, very guilty of mishandling classified documents. Some will want to quibble over which one is worse in a vain effort to shield the other, but this is folly.

Calling Biden vindictive invites a comparison to a president who truly was vindictive.
Biden is vindictive corrupt dirtbag, we know this from what they happily did to Gen. Mike Flynn, who knew how corrupt Biden was:

This tweet is from Nov. of 2020....... Long before this story broke:

It's now very clear why the FBI went out of its way to destroy Flynn (rewriting his interview report to make it appear he had lied to the FBI, bankrupted him and extracted a confession from ONLY after they threatened to to do the same to his son).......... the Biden's could not have him serving as National Security Advisor in the Trump Adminstration........

Trump had docs in two different buildings at Mar-a-lago and an off site storage space.
I quoted the law. Intent matters.

That's hysterical... meanwhile the ass-ole in the White House Joe is more than likely comprimised and you are worried about some bullshit about "document management"....

Good luck with that.
Do you wonder about where the documents are that used to be in the empty top secret folders from Trump's office?

After the FBI told him they lied to them..... which of course was the lie.

Keep trying.
Flynn pleaded guilty to several felonies and agreed to cooperate with the Mueller investigation. Then in an unprecedented move, Barr, scumbag that he is, kneecapped his own prosecutors by attempting to drop the charges Flynn pled guilty to. If Flynn was such a stand up guy, why in the hell would he admit to crimes under oath in open court several times?

Then after the judge refused to drop the charges, Trump pardoned Flynn. After that, the convicted felon became one of the main plotters in Trump’s illegal scheme to steal the election after Trump lost. He suggested using the US Military to confiscate voting machines and declare martial law. Flynn like many of your heroes is a traitorous scumbag and Putinista. Spin that, Champina….lol

Flynn got paid $45,000 to have dinner in Moscow...and he was already working for the Trump campaign.

Yes, but less than results.

And to discern intent, one must be clairvoyant. The strength of your Biden defense involves guessing.

I believe both men deserve a similar fate. Both have been grossly irresponsible with respect to classified materials, and should not be trusted again.

The strength of Trump's argument, he thought about declassifying all the stuff at Mar-a-Lago and that the documents belonged to him and the government should return them...is what you have to go on. The law says Knowingly removes documents and with the intent of keeping them constitutes a violation.

Trump knew and admits it. Classified docs were in his desk. He had a lawyer lie that all docs had been returned.

Biden too has surrounded himself with an army of lawyers.

Both men did the same thing. Your rush to shield the one you voted for is cringeworthy.

I feel bad for you.

Your dishonesty is appalling.

1. Trump was informed that there were missing documents in May 2021.
Biden's team notified NARA "Hey, we found some missing government documents"
2. From May 2021 to December 2021 the Trump team fought against returning government property.
The day after notifying NARA the documents were returned.
3. In January 2022 the Trump team returned 15 boxes of government documents.
In december 2022 the Biden team found more documents and returned them.
4. In May 2022 the Trump lawyers were handed a subpoena because NARA said there were still missing documents.
No subpoena was needed in regard to Biden documents.
5. In June of 2022 an envelope of documents was returned to NARA in response to the subpoena...in addition Trump's lawyers presented a document claiming there were no additional documents. They showed the FBI and DOJ attorney the store room where the 15 boxes had been stored that were returned in January. It was unlocked and, in a building, separate from Trump's residence and office. Trump's team would not allow the FBI to open the boxes. The lawyers were told they needed to secure that room and that nothing should be moved.
6. The DOJ suspected the store room had additional government property and got a search warrant. They found over 20 additional boxes of government documents in the storage room and more in Trump's personal office. There were even top secret docs in his desk.

Are you now willing to admit there is a difference?

I have not defended anyone politician who has mishandled classified material.

You have - You defend the one you voted for, and no one else.

We both know that is 100% true - Why make it worse by denying it?

I have posted the facts. Is anything I've posted proved false? The facts don't lend themselves to a defense of Trump, so you run away from them.
